Brian has held senior leadership roles in Full Value Airlines, Airport Ground Handling and Regional Airlines across with functional responsibility for human resource management , industrial relations, recruitment, safety and training. He has a demonstrable track record of success in leading, managing and delivering large scale change management projects in airlines; airports; operational readiness activation & transition (ORAT), productivity improvement; simulations; forecasting & financial planning and workforce design & productivity. He has also been an investor / Non executive director of a regional airline and continues to invest in new and emerging aviation related solutions. Brian is also founder and Chairman of the Irish Aviation Leadership Group, who have recently been successful in bringing the IATA Annual General Meeting to Dublin for June 2016.
Brian is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Tony Middleton

Tony is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has worked extensively across the aviation industry over the last 35 years, where he has been in leadership and management roles across network operations, flight operations, airport ground handling, contracts, catering, and helicopter operations. Tony through his aviation career has project managed numerous large scale change projects including aircraft sale & acquisition, business turnarounds, government agency advisory services, employee pension trustees and more recently airline start ups in Asia.
Tony is co-located between offices in Melbourne, Australia and Bangkok Thailand.
Brendan Fitzgerald
Regional Director – Periploi Aviation
Brendan has extensive leadership and commercial management experience across Full Value Airlines, Low Cost Carries and Ground Handling from his time at Air New Zealand Group and Qantas Airways.
Across roles as diverse as Senior Vice President Airports and General Manager Terminal Services Brendan has a demonstrable track record of developing enterprise value through a strong commitment to productivity improvement, enhancing the customer experience, safety, compliance and people management.
Brendan is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
